Vegan Beetroot Burger
Beetroot burgers are delicious and nutritious. These vegan-friendly burger patties contain no egg, but are bound together using beans . The Beet Burgers are easy and quick to make recipe. My way to serve these burgers is to top them with hummus and tahini dressings. But you can top yours as per your choice – lettuce, tomato, and vegan ketchup, Vegan bbq sauce, or even french fries would go great on these!
The pink bright flavourful colour of these burgers is so neat and fun.
