It’s easy to make your own delicious and healthy energy balls with ingredients like dates, nuts, seeds and Flavours like coconut, cinnamon or peanut butter.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- 2 scoops (46 g) vegan chocolate powder
- 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Flax Seeds
Getting it done:
- For rolled oats, grind in food processor and make uniform mixture.
- Place all of the ingredients into food processor which will make the final mixture thick and greasy.
- You can also add more milk so that its easy to make balls with hands.
- Use your hands to roll the mixture into little balls, be sure to press it tightly to help it stay together. .
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
