Healthy and Light lunchtime sandwich habit with veggie-loaded and Beetroot Hummus. It’s a bright, tasty, wholesome and satisfying. I just love breads and they are part of my daily diet. To burst my hunger pangs, these are best snacks for my midday meal. Its quick and 10 min recipe. Ingredients:
- Beetroot Hummus spread (Recipe in Vegan Dip Section)
- 2 -4 Slices Brown or Whole Grain Bread
- 1/2 Cucumber Sliced
- 1/2 Tomato Sliced
- 1/2 Carrots Sliced thinly
- Black pepper Powdered as per taste to sprinkle
- You can add more or change veggies as per choice
- Pickled cucumbers
- Shredded Cabbage or Lettuce
Getting it done:
- Place one slice of bread and spread the layer of Beetroot Hummus.
- Put some cucumber, tomato and carrot .
- Sprinkle some Black pepper as per Taste.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- Serve with baked potato wedges.
