Vegan Raspberry Brownies
This recipe is perfect combination of Vegan Cocoa Powder with fruit Raspberry. This is my favourite brownie and best for my night cravings. I am not a sweet tooth person, but brownies are my weakness. Though I am vegan and don’t consume dairy and egg-based products, I always miss having brownie with coffee. But Once I had vegan Brownie in Munich and I was so overwhelmed. Ta-da! My love and urge for Brownie came back in a flash.
So, I tried this at Home and you will love the results of Chocolaty vegan Brownie. These Brownies are very chocolaty as I use very amount of Chocolate and Cocoa Powder.
What you need: Vegan Cocoa Powder, Vegan Chocolate, Brown Sugar, Flaxseeds, Vegan Butter or coconut oil, Gluten free Flour, Almond or soy Milk, Gluten free Baking Powder, Pinch of Pink salt, Chia seeds and Raspberry.
You can store the brownies for 3-4 days. And to be very Honest, it’s my daily after-dinner dessert, still my weight is maintained.
